Refund and Returns Policy

At FrostnariTechs, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is easy and hassle-free.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the returned item. If you purchased the item via our website, your order confirmation email will be sufficient.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Software, downloadable products, or digital content.
  • Custom-built PC parts or any products modified or personalized at your request.
  • Gift cards or items purchased as part of a promotional offer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product is defective or was sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, we offer the following options:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or provide you with a refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Product Swap: If you’d like to exchange a product for a different item (for example, a different size, model, or color), please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time mentioned above, please check the following:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping. Please provide pictures of the damaged item to assist in the claims process.

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the product price may apply to returns that are not defective or if the product is returned outside of the 30-day return period.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return as per the above return policy.
